DESCRIPTION:  \n \nThe Vitamin G Club\nTwice-Monthly Healing Circle \nDiscover what heals you. \nA warm\, supportive group coaching experience where we allow gratitude to lead the way to true healing. \nDuring the first and third Mondays of every month\, we gather and connect around our hopes\, dreams\, challenges\, and victories. We set the tone for the month ahead feeling strengthened\, supported and inspired to face whatever we have on our plates. We do it together. \nGratitude is the best medicine. \nGratitude\, when practiced in a certain way\, where you aren’t just thinking about what you’re grateful for\, but feeling it on a deep emotional level\, is something you become. \nWhen you embody the essence of gratitude\, you are able to create profound shifts in your mindset\, in your physical body and in your overall wellbeing. \nIt is from this place that we heal and create more of the good stuff that we want in our lives. \nDuring this circle I will be sharing tools to help you do this. You will learn how to practice what I call Vitamin G.
