Gratitude and Health – Online Workshop

Did you know practicing gratitude is scientifically proven to improve your health and wellbeing? In fact, gratitude is one of the fastest growing areas of positive psychology.
During this unique workshop I will guide you through an exploration of how gratitude works with the mind body connection to improve, mood, sleep and so much more!
We will do a guided meditation so you can experience the benefits of gratitude right in the workshop. I will inspire you to keep your own gratitude practice and offer coaching tips for achieving your health goals!
