The Gratitude Moments Project is designed to help you notice all the different ways we experience gratitude in our lives. Our goal is to encourage everyone to share a #mygratitudemoment so that we can all start to open our eyes a little bit more to the tiny moments of bliss all around us.
What is a Gratitude Moment?
Sometimes we feel grateful for something wonderful. It could be something small, like a cool breeze on a hot day, the smell of blooming flowers, or huge like the birth of a child or getting a promotion but gratitude happens in other ways too. It can sneak up on you when you least expect it. It can also be a gratitude moment that was life-changing for you.
The more we tune in to these gratitude moments, the more we’ll start to see them all around us.
How to share your #mygratitudemoment:
1. Follow us on Instagram @gratitudetobliss
2. Share something you’re grateful for, a gratitude success story or any time gratitude has surprised you. These can be big and small moments!
3. Use #mygratitudemoment so we can find it!
4. Appreciate the ripple effect you’re creating with us!
