Hi everyone! I know I have some new followers here so I just want to say hello.

I am a Mom to an amazing 11 year old boy, wife to an incredible hubby @alacran227 and a holistic health coach to my beautiful clients.

I am in the process of growing my business by helping Moms who struggle with chronic stress, anxiety and overwhelm to feel energized, healthy, and strong so they can enjoy time with their family more, feel more fulfilled in their work, and feel more calm and relaxed in their free time.

I also love to share what I know about the transformational power of gratitude through my workshops, public speaking and my podcast, The Gratitude To Bliss Show.

I run an online group coaching program for women called Calm, Healthy and Fit and I see private clients.
