Practicing yoga with a grateful heart!

Join us for this one-of-a-kind workshop where you will be guided to focus on your heart – the place in your body for cultivating peace, love, joy and gratitude. Your heart is a muscle, and like all muscles it needs regular flexing.

With Deborah Corsitto as your yoga instructor, you will learn heart-opening poses and a daily sequence to open up the channels for giving and receiving love.

Lorraine Miller, Gratitude Writer, Speaker and Coach, will inspire you with “Vitamin G” – a daily practice she believes is a game changer. Lorraine shares scientific research, real-life examples and expert tips for getting the most out of the sacred practice of gratitude. You’ll leave this workshop feeling calm, blessed, and open to receiving more joy and love in your life—just in time for the holidays!
