From Gratitude to Bliss Interactive Workshop

During this 1-hour workshop, Lorraine Miller, Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Author, will inspire you to keep a simple practice she calls, Vitamin G. You’ll learn about the healing power of gratitude and how practicing for just 5 minutes a day can help reduce stress, balance hormones, and bring about greater happiness for yourself and others – just in time for the holidays.

In this 60-minute workshop, you’ll learn:

  • an easy-to-do gratitude practice you can
  • follow every day
  • how “Vitamin “G” nourishes body, mind and spirit
  • a gratitude meditation you can tap into any time
  • how to enhance your yoga practice by staying
