We begin the new year with the first of our new monthly Gratitude Series. Join us every third Friday of the month for a healthy dose of Vitamin G!

This month we will focus on bringing in more joy into our lives by prioritizing those things that matter most to us. Bring your tired, stressed self to this rejuvenating evening workshop and redirect your energy in order to create your year of joy. Meditation, journaling, and discussion.
